Customer support runs Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 17:00 Hanoi time (UTC+7). Messages sent on Sunday are answered on Monday morning.
If you need to change or cancel
Let us know at least three hours before the departure time. A guide has usually already planned their day around your walk, and three hours is enough for us to tell them and to offer the slot to someone else.
If bad weather makes a route unsafe after the walk has started, your guide will propose an alternative and agree it with you before changing anything.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly will you answer?
Usually within one working day. During the October to April peak it can take two, so send your request a few days before the date you want.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. There is no deposit, no card and no voucher. You confirm by email and meet your guide on the day.
Can you meet me somewhere other than my hotel?
Yes, if it is in or near the Old Quarter. Put the address in your message and we will confirm the meeting point.
I am already in Hanoi and want a tour tomorrow. Is that possible?
Sometimes. Send the request anyway and call or WhatsApp us as well — a guide occasionally has a free morning at short notice.
